SafetyNet

WHEN MINUTES MATTER

Get the benefit of our neighbour-to-neighbour safety system with SafetyNet. Opt in, and in the event of an emergency the closest person (regardless of organization) will be contacted to respond immediately!

When workers are alone and in remote locations, emergency responders can take hours to respond to an SOS.  Time when every minute is critical. Our integrated platform takes the location and status of all users on the system, and creates a SafetyNet that shows all of the potential resources in the area on one consolidated screen.  This includes people, vehicles, assets – anything that you have connected to the system.

In emergency situations, this technology allows BC SafetyLink to communicate with other users in close proximity and to mobilize interim support for the worker in need.

“We’re excited to be introducing this technology to the BC
marketplace, which has been successfully used by both private
industry and government in Alberta, to create a ‘SafetyNet’ for all
workers throughout Western Canada. The BC SafetyLink Monitor
Center will literally turn every exposed worker into a potential
resource in an emergency situation.”
